1. Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within [7/10/15] days from delivery, subject to product-specific conditions.
2. Eligible Reasons
Damaged product; defective/non-functional product where applicable; wrong product; missing item/accessory; product materially different from listing; or another expressly permitted reason.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Depending on category, non-returnables may include personalised/customised products, perishables, opened hygiene-sensitive products, specifically marked non-returnable products, or items damaged through misuse.
4. Return Condition
Products should generally be unused, in reasonable original condition, with packaging/accessories and proof of purchase where applicable.
5. Inspection
Returned products may be inspected before replacement or refund approval. Inspection does not remove statutory consumer rights.
6. Replacement
If approved and stock exists, a replacement may be supplied. If unavailable, an eligible refund or other appropriate resolution may be provided.
